By using myshadetools and its tools, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

Signing up

Signing up is free. Give your real name and a working email address, and keep one sign-up per person. We may contact you about the tools and about changes to these terms. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing hello@myshadetools.com.au.

Images are impressions, not designs

Images made with Site Preview are artist's impressions. They are not engineering drawings and are not a guarantee of how a finished structure will look, where its fixings or posts will go, or whether it can be built as shown. Any real structure needs a site measure, a proper design and, where required, engineering and council approval.

Use at your own risk

The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, myshadetools isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the tools or relying on what they produce. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your content

You keep all rights to photos you use and images you create. Only use photos you have the right to use, such as photos of your own property or photos a customer has given you for their job.

Fair use

Please don't try to break, copy wholesale, resell or overload the tools.

Pricing

The tools are free today. We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, signed-up users will be told before anything changes, nobody will be charged without agreeing to it first, and the basic tools will stay free.
