myshadetools is a small site run from Brisbane, Australia. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what happens to it.

Photos you use in the tools

Site Preview runs entirely in your web browser. Photos you open in it are processed on your own phone or computer and are never uploaded to myshadetools. When you close the page, they're gone.

When you sign up

When you sign up, we collect your name, business name, email address and trade. We use them to give you access to the tools, to tell you about new tools and changes to the site, and to understand who uses myshadetools. We use a third-party form service to receive sign-ups. We don't sell or share your details, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

If you email us

If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply to you and to improve the tools.

Site statistics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which tools are used. These statistics don't identify you personally and don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Email hello@myshadetools.com.au for any of these.
